What about pricing?

There are no prices on our website, because pricing fluctuates by season and depends on how much you order at any one time. If you are interested in our products, please call our Order Desk Via Contact Page

To start the return process, please contact us page for an RMA number (returned merchandise authorization) and shipping instructions.

Please mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Any package arriving without an RMA number will be returned to you at your expense.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and can only be accepted while still in season. We reserve the right to refuse refunds upon inspection of the product.

Custom fertilizers are our specialty, and we are more than happy to accomodate your requests. But custom fertilizer blending is not done with a spoon. Our blending facility is a manufacturing plant, so there will be a minimum of 4000 kg for granular or 1000 L for liquid per special blend. Custom orders are also not refundable.

Quality is Key, every batch of products will be tested, we can offer CIQ, SGS, CCIC quality certificate.

To get an accurate evaluation of the nutritional needs of your soil, you will need to have a sample analyzed. Contact your local extension office for testing services. Soil samples can be extremely helpful and remove a lot of the guesswork.

We are the manufacturer and have the factory. We also have our own trading company to export the products. welcome to visit our factory and office in any time.

We can provide sample customization before confirming the order at the client's expense.
